Phil, that is the way to do it. I try to make it better than the last one and not as good as the next one. This thread exemplifies what makes SPAM such a great place.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Doc, they did leave out a very important part of the answer, though.

You need to buy the special Plywood Rivet Tool.

This will help you out immensely in your efforts to replicate riveted plywood on a plastic model.

I have included a photo for you convenience in your search for the tool.

Please note that you HAVE to use a ball peen hammer, because no other hammer can duplicate the divets for the rivets correctly.

The thread is ok....I'll just nuke a few posts. I hope no one is offended. I deleted the stuff that pointed back to the other forum. This topic is "spot on" for what a good discussion should be.
