SHOW REPORT!!!!!
Vendors
So there were a few vendors that were missing that were at the previous shows. One vendor that sold high quality photo prints of jets wasn't there. I wanted to get an A-10 print. Another missing vendor was the decal guy. Really needed more decals than I got.
When you walk in the doors, there's a vendor right in front of you that has been there every show and is my go to for aftermarket, decals and some kits. I notice this time he doesn't have many of the newer kits. Not much armor at all. Well it's cause he's moved to Louisiana and isn't doing this full time anymore. [wall]
Four other vendors are hobby stores. Now I'm all for supporting the LHS. But these guys had jacked up the prices of the kits and wouldn't budge at all. HobbyTown was there and they had some great kits and they were selling them for 50% OFF!! That's the way you sell at a show (and they sold out of the kits they brought). Even at the end of the show the other three LHS vendors wouldn't budge on prices. There were two people selling tools. Lots of car model kit vendors. One other thing I noticed was there very few helicopter and naval ships for sale. I saw maybe four helos and they're weren't good ones.
