My first attempt at airbrushing a model...

Looks pretty good to me. . . but i only have one eye.

Looks good to me - I've never tried airbrushing.

Kobus - A great start and your results looks spot on. nice and even. keep up the good work!

Looks like you nailed it. Well done. The airbrush is a fun tool, especially after you learn new techniques with it. You're well on your way to mastering this.

I have added some photos of the completed build, but had a bit of a problem with the clear coat before decals. I used Tamiya Acrylic clear but ended up with a grainy, rough finish, anyhow here it is:

I can't see where it is grainy and rough,m but the model looks fantastic. Way to go!

I can see it on the leading edges of the wings. Wonder why it did that.

Really? Well, than you have a good feeling for using an airbrush! The paint looks very subtle where my first try lots of years ago left the model flooded in paint...

Sorry for the grainy result with Tamiya clear. Did you thin it? How was humidity when you airbrushed it on?

For a first timer with an airbrush that aint half bad. I airbrushed a Pacific plane for my first time and I painted my dang hand blue!!!
