Blacksheep, I am quite happy any time I place in that crowd. Tough competition that spurs you to do better. I don't build for prizes, and I do build for myself. But it feels good to get some recognition for the efforts.

Thank you Mark. It was great seeing you there. As well as your latest builds! I still say your Atomic Annie is way better than that Griffin.

Thanks Carlos! I agree with you there, but I'm not too worried about it. After all, this is mostly a popular vote type of contest with about half the guys only doing any IPMS-style judging to keep in practice. The rest "vote their hearts"; i.e. what they like the most. While Jim's Gripen isn't as good as Annie is; I have to commend him for some tremendous improvement since he joined us.

Thanks again, and I wish I'd had the time to go to Denny's afterward; it's been so long since I've been able to do that. Hopefully next month.
