Thank you Jim. :) I voted for that one, because its simply brilliant - everything is worked very fine: Washings, AB, shading... just everything.

Sorry for the nightmares, mate. :bag:

Not something you want to show your kid the night before the first day of school. Congrats on 2nd place.

Nice work and way to go on 2nd place.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Many thanks again to all.

I just went to town and brought the figure back home - had a chat with the shop client. Unfortunately the modeller of the other figure came a bit earlier and I missed him. Pity. The client told me that he is doing model stuff since two years and never painted anything before.

That makes that work even more impressive to me! Wow again.

A kind of little update here. Finally I got the chance to get in contact with the painter of the other model.

Hes a half-Hungarian, so that explains almost everything. What has this to do with modeling? Have a look here - Moson Model show:

http://www.mosonshow.hu/?lang=de

And hes not 2 years in the hobby. Its only 1,5.

:shoutout:

Next modeling contest is on btw, this time its called "JUST METAL". I put my "Knight Venator" in the ring, lets see what will happen.
