Normandy Tiger

This is the Tamiya "Mid Production" Tiger. I used the Tamiya Zimmerit set and an RB barrel with some other odds and ends.

I like the restrained weathering. I know tanks can take a beating but it is a nice change to see one that is build "used not battered".

Watching this beauty as your third build today I have to ask: what colour do you use for the rubber on the wheels?
Looks absolutely great, love it!

I usually use Lifecolor Anthracite Gray for rubber tires.

LifeColor“s Black Paint Set is a most useful one. I guess this is one of the six black shades it comprises. Will keep this in mind for future use!
