Instructions says to glue tail gear before to glue fuselage but a test fitting reveal that the gear can be glued after the painting war is over, withouth risk to break it

A test fitting of glued subassemblies

Cockpit partial pieces..

Glued the pilots left side box , side fuselage and rear bulkhead not glued

Some doubt about the clear pieces that goes on top fuselage.. they are lights or windows?

Your bench must be huge BSY with the amount of WIP you have on it.

This a seriously nice looking kit - I especially like the cockpit details and that they are moulded in place rather than those stuped decals airfix insist on using.

Looking forward to seeing what you do with it.

That kit is to easy for you BsYamato! It will fit nicely and has an incredible amount of details (judging from the pics). Just dig out an old KP or Plastikard, this one is going to make you lazy. :peace:

Indeed Revells version of the 88 looks very detailed!

Good question, no idea what those "windows" on the back could be..

But I am sure someone in this forum knows what they are?

Thanks for comments guys :)
Actually this is the most detailed kit i ever see :hmm: ..and withouth resin or Pe parts :drum:
For the windows is just to know what to do... if i must paint the bottom with silver to simulate light or just paint the inner with some rlm.. (actually done a layer of humbrol 31 )

Asap updates :)
