Nice work Fermis! Do you prefer 1:72 over 1:48 and larger because of their smaller "footprint"? Or for another reason? You build some good 'uns!

1/72 just "feels right" nowadays. There's no real defined reason for me. I do like the benefit of smaller price tags, "footprint", and range of subjects, but none of those things was really a factor into downscaling. I think a big factor is the challenge...and ease at the same time. Being smaller, there's less sanding, filling, etc...the unfun stuff...less time in the paint booth as well. The challenge is, it is less forgiving. For example, if something is off by just the slightest touch in 1/32...in 1/72, that would stick out like a sore thumb!

I just like it...OKAY!!!!!

That said.....I still have about 95 1/48s in the stash and 20 1/32s...1/72 has gotten up to 90 in the stash.
About the time I switched over to 1/72, I don't think I even had a dozen stashed!

Well spoken Fermis. I know what you mean about 1/72 scale 'feeling right', and about it being easier yet less forgiving. I couldn't have said it better myself.
