Well lookie at all those Kitty Hawks. Every one gorgeous in her way. Which kit brand was the best and enjoyable to build?

Hobbyboss has only a M, easy kit, good fit, not very detailed
Trumpeter early P-40 is fun to build
AM Kit has some litlle fit problems, I like the details and the lot of marking verions, the Italeri rebox has so much decals and colorful camouflage
the Mauve kit has had biggest problems with fit wing/fuselage (2mm each side), not o happy with this

Well you can never go wrong with the P-40. Rugged and dependable like her cousin across the Atlantic, the Hurricane. Not so dainty as the Spitfire, or the later Mustang, she got the job done when it was needed most, around the globe.
