Here is the final result of mu Defiant project.

All in all a great kit, good quality, good fit, a joy to build. This build was also a little bit "testing". Yahy Instrument panel, Pmask canopy masks and Mr.Paint paints...
And on top of that, first time testing weathering with oil paints (black & burnt umber).
So this build has been for me much more than just a regular build.

Me too! :beau: Are those machineguns kit parts, or PE? Either way, they do look great, as does the entire plane. Kari, ya got a winner there sir! :shoutout:

Thank you Lyle and Gary! :-)

indeed, the gun barrells are after-market stuff, looking significantly better than the kit parts:

Those gun barrels definitely add a lot the the end result.

I think a bit more flat finish might have been more appropriate. I like the airbrusing but it is just a bit to shiny to my taste.

Thanks Borg, I was doubting a little bit adding a flat layer or not and decided not to do it.
Soon it will collect some dust anyhow.. so the finish will become flat... :-)
