I did this one several years back. It is the mid 1970's vintage kit built OOB with Aeromaster decals for a Soviet "volunteer" night fighter ace during the Korean War. Airbrushed freehand with my old Badger 350 using Model Master colors.

In a nutshell...
Old build from vintage kit. Ok...

Great build of an interesting subject and far from being an "old fart". It's still admirably stinking. ;)

Well, we gotta get this place full of builds and off the ground somehow... ;) I'll throw some of my older projects out again to start...
K, thanks for the kind analogy... Lol!
Shark, did the dizziness cause the passing of JD?

Damn fine job!

I've always dug that "zebra" camo scheme.

One of these days....one of these days!

Really cool sheme and very well executed!
Is this like a night fighter or something? Because of the black bottom.

With regards, Ninetalis.

Zebra's... Tiger's... some kind of animalistic striping that works

Nine, yes it was indeed a night fighter scheme.
