This is my entry for the Ostfront GB. It is the 1/72 Hobbyboss MiG-3. I added an interior and details to make it into a late build two cannon version.

Painting was done with Akan acrylics, details GamesWorkshop and Humbrol paint. The flat coat is Future mixed with Tamiya Flat Base.

Well done! So what are your final thoughts on Akan paints? I've got an order to them ready to send out in a couple weeks.

I really liked the Alkan paints, coverage was good, no "dry airbrush tip" problems. I used laquer thinners which worked fine. Contrary to most other users I found I had to thin them quite much. Only thing is I think they are a bit dark for 1/72. The blue looks good on the 1/48 MiG but to dark for this 1/72 MiG. So next time I will add some white.
