Hi guys,

the next Matchbox-classic I am gonna show you with this thread contains Matchbox kit number PK-16: Hawker Siddeley Harrier Mk. I in 1:72.
This one is part of my private series, where I build the kits as if I had done it 30 years ago (or so).
The Harrier is for sure not very detailed, but it matches the original shape not bad in my opinion.
It is built straight from the box and it is also paint brushed with Humbrol Enamels.

I think it is not looking that bad.
Hope you've fun.

Cheers
Bolleken

You've done a super job on a good little kit. Great work.

I built this one a few years ago and I thought MB did a great job of it, even though they toally missed out the aux intake flaps! One thing to note though for future reference - the large spine antenna was a US fit for the AV-8As, it wasn't fitted to the RAF GR.1s. Don't do anything to it though as it looks great.

Cheers

Stuart

Classic build of a classic plane. Lovely.
