Hi All,
Woohoo a completion. This is my matchbox F-5B completed in the colours of the Royal Spanish Air Force Circa. 1970.
It was brush painted in Citidel acrylics and weathered with a PITT Artists pen and some weathering power. Not my bet build, but I'm reasonably happy with it. Note when I get my Hasegawa weapons set those winders are coming OFF!
Cheers
Stuart

That looks really good. Brush painting metallics takes skill.

Is that Mythril silver or Chainmail? Those GW paints are nice to brush. Great build Portman.

That is one very nice looking "clunker". Nice work Stuart.

Thanks for the comments guys - It's a bit rough around the edges but it's nice to finish something.
Borg - the paint was their new formula 'Rungfang' steel layer paint over Chaos black spray and a coat of their base metallic, the name of which I forget - I'll find out. I agree, they are very nice paints to work with, I wouldn't mind a full set of their paints.
Cheers
Stuart

A few years ago, I did see a rack of Citadel paints in a board gaming store at a mall in Syracuse. How I wished I had bought a few bottles then.

Thanks Duke but I doubt that - That Boeing looked great!

Ah that's a shame - they're nice paints!
