Jach 1/72 Baynes Bat

Another small aircraft I have started, the Baynes Bat. Not my first kit by Jach, I have also build the Heinkel He-176. That was an enjoyable build so I hope this one will be to.

And here I was thinking that this was something out of Batman by the name...

What is this? I see British roundels.

The Baynes Bat was a scale test model for a tank carrying glider. A very obscure subject but for some reason Jach decided to make a kit of it.

I may have "cried wolf". Once the glue was evaporated there was surprisingly little damage. So I finished building and masked the canopy.

That is always a relief when the damage is minimal to none. I'm glad nothing was permanently damaged. This is looking great so far.
