One week shy of 4 months since I finished a kit...



I used an Aires pit, Quickboost guns, Furball decals, and had to steal and reshape the intake parts from Hasegawas OA-4M (one of the kit parts was missing). MK82's are from Kora and Verlinden.
Very nice kit!



This pit took a ridiculous amount of work to make it fit.



Fast forward...











This has been the least productive summer, since I got back into this 8 years ago.

Very nice looking build Fermis, that pit looks great. I can see what you mean by the pit, but then I've never bought a Aires pit that did fit!

That reminds me - I started two A-4s earlier in the year...mmmm where the heck are they?

Beautiful return to the world of building, mate. I feel your pain when I see the way you had to file down the sides of the cockpit... Your work is inspiring: so clean, so sharp...

Aires pits...
It's been a while since I heard something positive about their cast crap. Unfortunately they're often the only available option.

Your scooter looks great, I only can imagine how small it is on the shelf.
