Hello all,
May I present my better late than never entry for the recently completed Bf109 STGB over on BM. I ran over time so it isn't eligible for judging:
It was a build of firsts for me, first wheels up in years, first pilot figure in 1/48 and first motorised build ever. It is not without its faults but I am happy to place it in the front half of the cabinet. If you wish to follow the build it is:

This is absolutely incredible work, congratulations are in order! I am over the moon seeing an inflight motorized build! Fantastic! Amazing! I will go to the forum build now... what a pleasure this is. Thanks so much for sharing!
Your build log is incredible! What is the wooden support you are using for painting, did you make this? It looks the business.... wow!

You are too kind. Watching your 190D shows you are no slouch either.

Thanks so much! I sincerely appreciate the stands you develop, the motor mount, the wiring harness and the slight upward angle of the final presentation of your project... as one of your fellow Brit Modelers commented, the way seeing a project develop will lead to new lines of inquiries from within the original project status...

That is a very nice build indeed, and certainly the best way to display a prop on a flying model - Nice work.
