Thanks guys!

Not sure on the parts count Thomas, but everything came on I think 3 or 4 black sprues. I didn't add any sort of paint to this one as I just wanted a quick and easy build for once...the colored parts are just decals...

You just have to admire those Bandai kits. Even if you're not a Star Wars fan, the sheer beauty of engineering will blow you away.
I'm sure your son is already conquering the universe with him!

They look to have the same level and type of engineering as their Gundam kits. Easy enough for the novice, and the experienced modeler can really go to town.
