Here are my first aircraft that I finished in 2018. First up is a Hobby Boss F-15 E Strike Eagle. I kept this one clean since no ordinance was included in this model. Time to get another one that I can loads up with bombs. Until then, here is this one:

Next up is the F-102 Delta Dagger I built for the "Charlie Don't Surf" campaign. It feels good to have finished a campaign again:

There they are, my first aircraft in 2018. Hopefully I'll be able to finish a lot more in the coming months. I also finished a couple tanks, so feel free to go check them out in the armor forums as well.

Meanwhile, thanks for looking in, comments are welcome.

:shoutout: Woohoo!!!

I do like ‘em both! And you’re quite right, a Strike Eagle does not look right without a full load of ordnance. :hmm:

The Deuce... just right in Vietnam warpaint... :lashed:

Bravo Duke !

2018 has started very strongly, two great builds from which the Dagger is my absolute favorite.

That camo really brings up, in my humble opinion, so much details of the plane itself!
Also, have not really before understood how heavy payload it actually can carry.
Dagger rules!

Thanks for the awesome comments guys! I am gonna look for another couple Strike Eagles to do: both will have full ordinance and the one will be USAF while the other is Israeli.

Thank you so much for the compliments on my Dagger as well. I do love that one in SEA camo!

I am coming to grips with the reality that for every 30 models you finish, I finish half of one or two!

Two awesome looking models Duke - very cool indeed!

I do agree with both you and Carlos though - that just doesn't look right without a shed-load of bombs hanging from it.

Thank you Stuart! I am very happy with these two. As for the Strike Eagle, I'm working on scaring up a load of ordinance....

Great work Duke! They both look awesome!

Strike Eagles just don't look right without all the weapons, pods and fuel tanks on it. Course I know it's not your fault. I wish more companies would include the weapons that are carried by the aircraft.

Thanks Medic! I appreciate the compliment. I agree, the Strike Eagle needs to be loaded for bear. I'm working on it.... :writing:
