I liked building that Eduard BF109 E-4 kit so much I ordered a Gustav. I’m going to start on it momentarily.

I do, too. I’ve been practicing in my sketch book already, and I bought the paints today. I’m planning on black basing it as well.

Got a bit done on the cockpit, and got it primed with some Mr. Surfacer 1500. I’m Black Basing this entire model, based on what I’ve read on Me. Doogs blog. I like Doogs, he’s good people, and he’s been kind to me every time I’ve reached out to him with a question on a Facebook. So I’m trying Black Basing. So far, so good. Taniya RLM Grey goes on these pets tomorrow.

The newer Eduard 1/48 kits are some of the best around so I'm sure you'll enjoy this build. Looking forward to seeing the black-basing.
