I bought the new A6M2 Zero kit from Eduard and dived immediately in the build.
No or never, I need to finish one single kit in 2021, not many days left, but the steam is on.
First Japanese subject I am building in roughly 35+ years.. The previous one was a zero as well, in 1/72 though
Wonderful kit all in all, perhaps I will finish this!
If everything goes well, the fuselage halves will be mated still tonight!
And back to 1985... or what was left over of it in 2013 when I found most of my really old builds at my parents place

Very nice! I feel your pain Kari. I've only finished one this year. It really sucks.

Very nice work on the Eduard Zero Kari. I can see so much progress is model molding technology between the new Eduard Zero that your working on, and the old early 80’s vintage Hasegawa Zero that I’m working on now. Wow, your build is a real beauty! Once you get the fuselage assembled, I suspect that you’ll be masking rapid progress and just might get this one completed before the end of the year and double your annual output.

Re: What's on your work bench atm ?
Since the kit’s stripe decals gave me some problems last week, I picked up these two extra fine point paint pens on Friday to deal with the problems
Today I touched up the propeller stripes where needed with the yellow pen
and then I added the no step wing area red stripes, since those decals had self destructed during the decalling session. The red is not a 100% match, but it’s better than nothing.
Now on to the next steps…
