Great work so far Carlos, and thanks for the memories again. This is coming along very nicely. Enjoy your rest; I'm going to be very busy for the next five-six weeks!

Good work on that Challenger Carlos – it’s looking spot on.
It’s such a great tank, it’s a damn shame we don’t have many of them.

Enjoy your R&R!

:hmm: Thinking about it Stik - as most of the Armor GB builds seem to be on the armor WIP board, you might well want to move this one back to were you started.

Thanks Stuart, but I’ll keep it right here. I feel bad about saying I’ll participate in whatever GB, and then never getting off the ground. At least this time I got something going, it works for the GB, and now it’s nearly complete! I will have plenty more armor WIPs in the coming years to plod along there.

No worries Stik. I seem to building mine on about three threads anyway :headslap: :giggles: I'm certainly going to be doing some more armor in the coming year as well.

Well now that I have a chance to get back to my workbench, I was able to do the final steps to finish up construction...
first up, a back base onto the lower hull and running gear, before I got the upper and lower hull glued together. And since I had some extra paint left in the cup after, I used that up on the turret...

once the paint had time to dry, I glued the upper and lower hull together, added the dozer blade, the final bits to the rear hull, last add on armor side plates, and the PE bits... the PE bits seem like overkill to me, as the molded on detail in those areas is pretty nice...

and where everything stands now!

let the real painting begin!!!

Your work looks amazing—at this stage it is possible to already see how brilliantly everything will come together! You got this!

Thanks Bruce. All I have done is basic building here, nothing fancy at all.
