a not so popular trainer, in 1:72 you see somtime a build but not in my favorit 1:48.

MicroMir does 2 kits, a RAF and a export kit, the one I buyed with decals for Oman gray/green oder brown/green, a Burma in dark egg green and a Malysian in silver,
The kit is a shortrun kit, not so sharp part edges, fit is ok, PE parts and precutted masks
It is nat a shake and bace but with a little but more work as a normal kit it is avery special aircraft in a collection

Me like it!

It does indeed have similarities with is successor, the Jet Provost

That’s a nifty little bird! Very sharp looking build! Sure looks a lot like what I see flying out of some of the local airports here. I take it that those are the Malaysian national insignia? Very similar to the shoulder patch for the US Army 40th Infantry Division...
