Hasegawa 1/72 weapons set V has ACMI pods. I got the equivalent set in 1/48.

Dark Ghost Grey for the nose. (Looks lighter due to flash)

To be honest, at my age I’m not crazy about building 1/72 scale aircrafts just as I did in my teens and early 20s. So far, they’re both coming along surprisingly nice considering. Worked on the exhaust nozzles. Definitely a lack of details on the nozzle interior walls for both Viper kits. Ah well, you’re not gonna notice it anyway. After looking at various exhaust nozzle fan faces, I opted to use Aluminum Non Buff lacquer and dry brush the details with Dark Andonic Grey Metallic lacquer.

Thank you, Clint. I need to order the 1/72 scale weapons set soon. Next up - to finish off the exhaust nozzles. After that, the struts assembly and gear doors go on. Won’t be long til the decals go on.
