Looks great Lyle! So.... before working on your 90"s era "Gustav " do you greet it by saying " wassup, g?"

Thank you folks. Brent, I wave my hammer at it...

Well, that was special. I have now joined the ranks of those that knocked over an open bottle of Tamiya Extra Think Cement. Wow, it stinks, it is harsh, and I escaped. The worst casualty was the cutting mat. It dissolved...bubbled up the green layer.
Worst model damage? Gear doors for the 109 took a bath. I don't think any damage but, repainting will be needed. The canopy of the Victor was right there, too. It got wet as well, but thankfully, it was masked.

The Great Escape starring Lyle! Glad the damage was just to your cutting board. The model itself looks great!!!

Bruce, thank you! Me, too....
Now for the next challenge...some assembly required! Even after a coating of the Microscale decal film (hate that stuff..never works for me) the kit white cross came apart. So, off to the cutter
and after too long, one is done. I quit for today. It isn't spot on, but has that hand-made, artsy-crafty look.

Looks great from my end. If you didn’t say it was hand made I would have assumed you just put the kit decal on.
