Revell 1/32 Me 109G from 1990

That looks great Lyle, the paint and decals look spot on
March as one, Don't look back
Odin's sons... Attack!
Unleash hell! Do not repent! Warfare grants us no lament
Let your weapons slash and tear This is no place for fear
Hold the lines! Move as one! In unity our victory's won
Our shields will form a mighty wall
United we shall never fall

Thank you, sir!

Lyle—excellent work. I have been there with decal backing—that happens when the pressure and the juggling of variables exceeds the speed limit, so to speak. You know what, though. You got this, bud.

What was funny, though, is the backing was a match to the decal. And...I got it to lay down ant stick before I figured it out!

Sounds to me like that could have worked! Seriously you’re knocking this one out of the park.

Thank you, Stuart. She is sort of like a shady lady....looks good from a far. Still need to get the fiddle bits placed.

Looks like you've got a touch for German flying thingies. Sehr schön, Herr W. aus Kentucky!

Why, oh why, do fiddley bits take so much time and energy. Looks like I picked a bad day to switch to decaf...…
The more I've messed with this kit, I'm not sure if it is a turd or not.. Some things did not fit very well, some did. Some "engineering" was head-scratching. But, I finally took the time to get the wheels on. They will do....
Spinny thing up front
Added the antennae mast to the canopy. Wiped off some excess glue and "Shazaam" it was gone. It is as though it never existed. I know that it will reappear later, but since I had just melted some sprue, I used a piece of that. I'll cut it down in a bit.
For some reason, stretching the sprue was a challenge today. Took more tries than I thought it would and I did not get it as thin as I would have liked. But....I'll use it.
Mostly, I just want to get this guy off the bench....so, my usually low standards are being waived a bit.
