I will build this kit using all the kit parts. I will try to add detail and see if I can modify the canopy to the open position.

I ordered the paint I was lacking from Micro Mark.

Parts are clean and ready for paint.

It's a small model, so I used a brush to paint the cockpit interior green, followed by future and then a wash of diluted craft jet black.
For the strange blue color, I used craft sterling silver, then a mixture of Tamiya clear blue and just a little clear yellow, followed by future and the same black wash.

I tried to drill out the holes in the pilot seat, but the plastic was so thick, I did not look right. So, I cut out the center of the seat and replaced it with .005 inch styrene sheet.
I have not drilled the holes yet, and started removing the engine from the sprue.

That all for now.

That's a good start - the blue paint looks good.

From what I hear this is a nice little kit.

Thank you Gentlemen for your kind words.
I am still working on the engine and interior. I will post when something is worthy. I do have a shot of the size of this aircraft.
