This came yesterday. The joy of CM kits had faded until I opened it. Probably just about as many resin parts as styrend, okay not really but a lot ....Not much detail and zero, yes ZERO, alignment pins or help...Wing joins are simplyi butt joints. Not sure how that will play out. Anyway .....no engine detail, either and a vac form canopy. I hate those but knew it was in there. I'm trying to order a clear sprue from Minicraft to see if it will work for the canopy.

Don't care for the decals that are included. Need some U. S. Navy trainer decals for this. Ain't none for the T-34C, but probably any 1/48 would work.

Oh my ....

Again that "never heard before" manufacturer + the Beechcraft T-34 is not familiar either to me.

Gives quite much space to be creative for sure!

Beechcraft was primarily a civil aircraft manufacturer....The Bonanza, V-tail Bonanza (aka Doctor Killer), Baron, QueenAir, KingAir, Beech1900, twin Beech C-45 among many others. This a/c is an adaptation of the Bonanza.

That is going to take some work. I quite often build short run, everything usually looks fine but where the parts mate the problems start. My advice would be take you time to test fit and adjust parts (sanding, shimming, using spreaders, etc) before commuting to glueing parts.

What I’ve fit together so far seems “okay”.... it is not a Tamiya, though.

Shoulda checked out scalemates first....
Yeah, resin parts, vague instruction guide, vacuform canopy... not what I would expect in a kit nor my kind of kit.

Funny, it never specified what size drill to use. Should be interesting to see you tackle this one.

I've had the Navy version of the kit for some time but haven't built it because of the shape of the vac canopy, it is way too bulbous in cross section. I bought several of the newer Minicraft T-34 kits and plan to use the canopy for one of them on this kit if and when I get to it. Then again it might just be better to graft some of the Czech Models kit on to the Minicraft kit. The piston powered T-34 is a prettier airplane to my eye.
