Yeah, black on the bottom, and nothing shiny except some oil and grime on the nacelles. It'll help cover the you know whats.

Yes, starts to look very much like B-26
Long time ago I have built anything from Italeri, the plastic seems shiny. Is it brittle ?

No, the plastic is pretty good. The old ESCI mold kits seem to be more brittle and thin. Parts are well made, they are sometimes just not made the same size!

Painted the deice boots, a few decals will be applied next.

8 50's in the nose. The wing guns were removed. But added were all those wing pylons.
