This is my recently completed build of the Revell Me262B-1/U-1 kit in 1/32 scale. I have chosen to depict Red 10 of 10./NJG11, which was one of four Me262B nightfighters captured by the Allies at the end of the war.

The aftermarket item list for this build is as follows:

1. Master FuG 218 Neptun brass radar assembly
2. Barracuda Me262 resin wheels
3. HGW Me262B fabric seatbelts
4. Eduard Me262B-1 Exterior set
5. Eduard Me262B-1 Interior set
6. Eduard Me262B-1 Mask set

Please note that large portions of the Eduard Exterior and Interior set went unused. Major markings were painted using masks produced with a Silhouette Portrait cutter. Kit decals were used for the remainder of the markings.

Thanks Carlos! As usual, enjoyed the journey and learned alot! Now... if only I could work up enough enthusiasm to jump back onto the D-13 build! Periodic Mojo Blockage at the moment. :bag:

Always a pleasure to see your work when finished, John. I know you usually shoot outdoors. Is that why there is a violent cast to the presumably white background? I love the tonality of your work, and the camera angles are exquisite. Truly. I think the profile views are incredible. I feel as with your Corsair, this project sets the bar for anyone else making the attempt to do this particular aircraft, and that, my friend, is high praise indeed. Congratulations!

Take a few days away from the bench and recharge John. The model will be there when you’re ready.

Excellent work John! I have to say my favorite part in all of this is the radar operators curtains. I've never seen a build where they was made. But the entire build is amazing and as always I was able to learn a few things from you.
