British phantom FGR.2 "Firebirds"

I have decided to do both aircraft kits as mentioned in my "What Should I Do Next" thread. After studyin gthe sprues, I am excited to jump into this one. First is the Fujimi 1/72 British Phantom FGR.2.
Last night, I started a working on a couple of parts: the Bang seats and wings. Drilled out the holes for underwing pylons prior to gluing the wing parts.

Even this one has gazillions of stencils for 1/72 scale.
Deciding if it’s even worth doing them since you’re barely gonna see them. Knowing me, I’m a sucker for glutton of punishment and cave in.

Don't feel bad, I'd do the them all too.

Oh nice! I like the Spey engined Brit Phantoms. Looks like Fujimi got the under fuselage contours right! The Speys were lower and angled down more, making the undersides less flat.
