Ok, I’m calling this beast completed… many years, moves and repairs later, the old Dragon T-72M2/T-72B w/ERA. I added some resin stowage and figures. Also had a driver figure in there, but his head blocked the turret from rotating forward, so he was nixed…
“Vanya, what’s that flash in the treeline?”
Thanks for looking, comments and critiques are welcome…

Great work Carlos! That looks quite authentic to me, well done!

Ya know, if you rotate the turret hard enough and fas enough, that driver ceases to be..a problem.
Awfully nice bit of work, but isn’t it a bit too pristine for a Russian Tangier’s?

To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Thanks guys.
Lyle, that driver would have broke off more and caused more cursing than already happened during the last few hours of this thing… as far as pristine condition, well he’s pointing at the Javelin launch signature…

I suspect the driver saw the launch and has already bailed out of his escape hatch...
Another excellent build Carlos, that looks awesome!

I'm not much of an armor builder but I like what you did with this. In particular the the weathering and painting. Very realistic looking Carlos.

Turned out great Stik. The figures look fantastic. Well done.
Thanks,

Stuart, Joe, and John, thank you all for your kind feedback. In a sense the extended delay on this one was a good thing, as my weathering and figure skills were not up to this level when this kit was originally due to have been completed. Not to mention that the marking schemes at that time were quite boring as well.

I, too, isn’t much of an armor builder but I will build one if the mood strikes me. Well done, Carlos.

Thanks Tom. I’m no car model guy, so we’re even there…
