Magnificent work on that plane with the silly putty Carlos! Way to go! Yes, I love using that stuff; best masking agent ever!

John, were you going for a soft edge camouflage with that Elmer's orange tack? One thing I saw that might help for the future with Silly Putty or other similar masking agent like Elmer's: put the tape down first and the use the tack to form out the curves over the tape. You first pic shows what might have happened due to the irregularity of the tack and the difficulty of the tape to seal over it.

Joe, how much Silly Putty do you have? I've got the equivalent of seven eggs in one big blob (so I don't need to order that massive mountain Lyle showed) and I've been spraying over it for years and it is still going strong. In fact, I find it easier to use now; even though it is more stiff and harder to work; it doesn't stretch and sag as much as it did when new.

This has me motivated to get my two- and three-tone camouflages done on several models. Hopefully results coming soon. Meanwhile keep it coming Carlos, this is a sensational little plane!

Stuart that GIF is from Airplane 2… I don’t think that they could make those movies nowadays… too many sensitive people.

God forbid it offends people nowadays.

So many shows during my times when shows were funny but didn’t offend anyone.

All in the Family / Archie Bunker’s Place
The Jeffersons
Sanford & Son
Chico & the Man
Welcome back, Kotter (no doubt the left would be offended on how it profiled each character - Espstein, Boom Boom Washington)

That’s a just a few on top of my head..

That's all very true - people take offence far too easily these days.

And "Wind and the Lion" among others...

I am also offended at those who take offense, A Berke Breathed said in "Bloom County" too many people suffer from 'offensensitivity'!
