Ok I have a question, does this qualify for the GB? It has yellow wings.

here is the intent of the GB:

Highlighting the aircraft during the interwar period between WW 1 and WW 2. Military and civillian. There are some great and colorful subjects and a number of air racers. Build one, Build them all!

But, if you look at this as a throw-back, tribute scheme, it meets the spirit of the intent of the official desire of the ...oh hell, yes, you can enter this one.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Okay, as the cat said, "I'm just gonna throw this one up."....Let me paws for a mnute. Fur sure.

I got this one off Ebay yesterday -

Now I need masks, chrome yaller, and a blue that seems to be either "French Blue" or ANA 501 True Blue. Oh and a straight jacket.

Are Hataka acrylics good? What to thin them with other than their brand thinner?

Why did I have a feeling that you would get some Williams Brothers’ Yellow Wings subject such as this one?

Carlos, that is because I am committed. Or, I should be committed. Anyway, I've booked a rubber room at the local Home for What-Was-I-Thinking Scale Model Builders.

Masks are ordered. Unfortunately, they are Montex black vinyl. But that is all I could find.

So far, I can only find both the Chrome Yellow and True Blue in the Hataka colors. The Tamiya Chrome Yellow is more "lemony" while the Hataka is a more orange/yellow. I have a couple bottles of Blue Angels Yellow that seems to be in between those two.

I've been down with COVID for the past week so my modeling has taken a back seat with trying to breathe and staying alive. I'm sure you guys will understand. Seriously though, I am just about through with it. The one draw back is not having a sense of taste and smell. Obviously the brunt of the wife's never ending shenanigans and jokes.

Sorry to hear that. I know that sucks cause I had it earlier this year. Although I never lost my sense of taste or smell.

Sorry to hear that, Paul. When my wife and I had it, it was a very mild hit...more like a really bad cold. Same as Mike, never lost the taste/smell senses. So, what has she been feeding you?
