So as my latest project winds down, it’s time to start another. This is my entry for this GB, Tamiya’s 1/48 F2A-2. Last nite at IPMS I started construction and built most of the interior up to where I needed to start painting. The original molds date back to the mid 1970’s, and overall the detail in not too bad.
More to come once I’ve got some paint on this one…

To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

I have always liked the Buffalo, the yellow wing version being perhaps the coolest of them all!

I'm not saying the Buffalo is pretty, but it is the prettiest airplane those ....guys... at Brewster ever designed.

Well, maybe, but if you factor in its flying qualities and construction deficiencies it was definitely over the edge.tempestjohnny wrote:The Buccaneer wasn't that badjeaton01 wrote:I'm not saying the Buffalo is pretty, but it is the prettiest airplane those ....guys... at Brewster ever designed.
