Well we will see how this one goes............ Building RF 4C Tail # 65-0866 of the 12th TRS 460TRW at Tan Son Nhut, Vietnam in 1969. I am doing this to honor my friend retired USAF Pilot L Clark , and his Crew Chief D Dixon whom are technical advisors on this build. Clark flew 226 missions while deployed to SEA. The Revell offering has many faults, so the only way to get a decent representation of a RF 4C is to bash them together.
We will see how it goes, this has not been done by many. My bird will be "drawers down" so the camera bay will be detailed quite a bit.....

If you bash them together parts will fall off....
Seriously, what is your plan? A fuselage swap? Hack off the Revell nose and put that on the Tamiya kit? Build the Revell kit and add some Tamiya details?

Using the Revell front fuselage and office, from the intakes forward.... possibly cutting in the Tamiya canopy rails but for sure integrating the front gear bay and all from the Tamiya,, the shape of the Tamiya intakes are also incorrect so fixing that as I go..... the Revell office needs help so adding a Verlinden set and True Detail MK 7 seats

So you will be grafting the Revell forward fuselage on the Tamiya kit. I did a similair thing when grafting an XP-47H nose on an P-47B fuselage.

Sound like a reasonable plan, in theory these things are easy but in practice they ask a lot of patience. Is the width and shape of both kits comparable at the point you are cutting? If so, then it should not be to much of a problem.

Looking phorward to this phine piece of work. The Kentucky Air National Guard flew these (and the RF-101, before) until they were made a C-130 unit. Watching these guys leave was something.
