One more group of aircraft builds with a common theme is this, THE Flying Tigers. Aircraft of the AVG/23rd Fighter Group in 1/48th scale. I decided to latch on to them when my son was assigned to the 23rd as his first assignment in the USAF after Tech School. And really, it doesn’t get much cooler, aircraft with shark mouths. They may not have been the first, nor the only unit to do so, but they make it look best. (Although I’ll admit that I am quite biased there)
