Got a good start on this one...using Eduard PE for the pit (old school PE, not the pre-painted stuff!).
The PE is a HUGE improvement over the kit detail, which is severely lacking...definitely showing some age to this kit (not sure when it was originally released...nor do I really care!!!)

The PE instructions have the middle and rear seats shown in the wrong positions, and did not include anything for the seat bottom (rear seat), so I scratched some webbing w/ Tamiya tape strips.













I forgot to add the pilots seat frame before I closed her up...just added those (stretched sprue) and got the fuselage sanded.




...on to the wings....been a while since I've done a wing fold!!!

Wing-fold? HELZ YEZ!!!

That is some excellent use of PE. Interior details are often lacking on older Hasegawa kits, so PE is a nice solution for that problem.

Sweet! I think I also have one of these too. I like the detail so far; it looks like one could crawl right in and start flippin' switches!

An update would be kinda nice and all...

I remember building a couple of those kits back in the 70's so I know it is an old kit. As usual, it is typical Fermis' beautiful work. More please!
