Vulcans used to make the air show circuit out on California, both as ground display and for flight demonstration. I always thought that they were pretty good sized myself. Not so big as a B-52, but certainly bigger than the fighters and strike aircraft in the air or on display on the ramps. I would say it was more in the same size as the C-130.

Lol! You've just said what I was trying to say Carlos, only much more eloquently!

So yes indeed, obviously the V-bombers were big aircraft, but nothing like a B-52 or even a big commercial aircraft.
