This one is a simple OOB build. Slogan mark means "Stalinist". Chose the mark of a Guard Tank Unit that was used at ceremonies only.
Paint used:
Model Master Russian Green as base coat
Tamiya XF-61 Dark Green in various deep areas
And finally a light coat of XF-58 Olive Green to highlight some of the top panels.

I recieved that kit when there was a secret santa group build over at FSM 4 or 5 years ago and never built it in time to participate.
My original plan was to build it as "Fighting Girlfriend" but found a Zvezda T-34 kit instead to use.
I'm still looking for decals of Fighting Girlfriend. So far, not having any luck but am holding out hope.

Thank you. I've always hated Tamiya tracks. With that being said, I used Gorilla glue then melted the tabs. I didn't bother priming it. Instead, I shot a coat of Humbrol Track Brown, let dry overnight.
The thought of track snapping apart did weigh on my mind. I simply took the front wheels with metal axle off and carefully slipped out on before reattaching the front wheels. Worked like charm.

You're really welcome Tom. That's a good tip regarding removing the front wheels! Gonna file that one away fer sure! When I attempted to install the tracks on my Bulldog, it seemed they were just a tad too short. So, I thought I might be able to stretch them a bit; worked okay on one side but the dang track broke when I tried the other one. Arrgghh.
Then, I realized they should've been connected first and then attached.
That worked much better on the intact track. The other has a glue joint, hidden as much as I could by a road wheel. I used CA for that joint, and then came back with some clear silicone caulk over the joint's underside. Nobody's supposed to look there anyway, right?!?

That turned out well. Those old Tamiya T-34s are fun easy kits.
