Not that the Monogram kit was bad. Especially for it’s day. It had fully detailed cockpit, wheel wells, and a decent engine front. Way ahead of what most companies were putting out at the same time.

Now that I thought about it...no, it wasn’t a bad kit overall for it’s day. I agree with all points you mentioned. Those original Monogram molds were great then. Now? Not so much with Revellogram.

Revell really need repair those old molds like Heller are doing to theirs now.

Thanks, I'm actually liking the smaller scales nowadays. I can get something built faster and they don't take up as much space.
