Olive Drab 41, the color used on early P-40s was that shade.

Hmmm... I wonder if I do have OD '41in my paintbstash. I'll have to check my folder.

I checked my paint stash and found out I do have Olive Drab ‘41. Very close match similar to Model Master Faded Olive Drab.

If you have Model Master Green Drab, FS 34086, that’s a good match for fresh OD 41. Model Master never made an OD 41, only the later shades of ANA 319 and postwar 34087. Both are lighter than 41.

Paint look good!
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Top coat on. I decided to use LifeColor Olive Drab '41. Looks spot on to me.

It won't be long before this bird is done. Hopefully, I'll have her finished by tomorrow or Monday.

Looking very nice.

If you can't fix it with duct tape, you're not using enough duct tape.
