Re: Italeri April Releases
I’ve built plenty of great Italeri armor. They run from ok to really nice depending upon the age/era. I haven’t built an original Italeri aircraft kit in decades… but I did like those. I don’t have many other original Italeri aircraft kits in my stash besides those F-16s.

If the price point was right I'd take a gamble on the F-16. The marking choices are really cool

I have the Tiger Meet decals already in that Viper kit.

I also forgot that they're the only ones that do a S-3 Viking and a ES-3 Shadow and I have both.

Re: Italeri April Releases
But those are ESCI molds, not Italeri.

Meh...
I do like Italeri though, for the most part...

Forgot about these two - nice kits
And I have 8 more Italeri kits in the stash! I guess you could say I'm a fan.
1:48 Hawk T Mk.I
1:48 OH-13/AB-47
1:24 Ford Escort RS1800 Mk.II
1/72 Lockheed C-130J HERCULES
1:12 F-104G Cockpit
1:48 Lockheed S-3 Viking
1:48 Macchi MC.205 Veltro
1/72 Super Stallion CH-53E
I like the Porsche but I've got one built and one in the stash (both Tamiya) ...how much Porsche can a guy build?
I also like the M3A1

Re: Italeri April Releases
I will say that Italeri does a great job on helicopters. This CH-34 was a very nice build and fun for me as I was a 67Q20 in the National Guard and went to school on these at Ft Eustis, along with the OH-13, OH-23, and H-19.

Re: Italeri April Releases
Like all manufacturers Italeri has great kits and then some real turds.
Thumbs up to
1/72 Hawk
1/72 B-66 Destroyer
1/72 Harrier (which is an Esci mold)
1/72 Me 210 (clear pieces are fiddly)
1/72 Jaguar
Big thumbs down to
1/72 Tornado (I couldn't build it, nothing fit)
Re: Italeri April Releases
I like there F-100D/F , EB-66, AC-47... A-7 Corsairs... Not sure if any of those are actually italeri modls or esci knock offs.
Not sure what was wrong with their B-26K . Looks like a good enough kit in the box, aside from the panel line trenches...
