Trumpeter M1132 Stryker ESV

Post by Medicman71 »

So I'm building the Trumpeter 1/35 M1132 Stryker Engineer Squad Vehicle. This will have the Surface Mine Plow. I also got some PE from Trumpeter that is for one of the other Strykers but some can be used on this one as well.

This is where I'm at right now. Working on the back bulkhead now.

That’s coming along well. Looks like the underside is gonna be intricate.

Yeah they all are. The other one was the same way. Not all of the underside stuff is there yet. That'll have to wait till painting I think.

The lower hull and the back wall/hatch are installed. Now working on the upper hull. LOTS of little pieces.

Got the upper hull and lower hull together. Still have to get the back wall glued in. This kit doesn't fit nearly as well as the last one I did and the molds are starting to show their age.

Cool project Mike. I like the Stryker line of vehicles. I like the version with the 30mm gun - it's quite stryking :giggles:
Thanks,
John

Looking real good Mike! The surfaces of the Strykers are so busy… like a sci fi subject full of greeblies…. :hmm:
