This is another model on my bench that is very close to the finish. I am not much of a car guy, but I ran across a Youtube series a few years ago called Muscle Car of the Week, and one of the first episodes featured the 1970 Super Bee. I knew then I had to build a model of one.
The kit itself is a diamond in the rough x 3. The body requires excessive work to fix blemishes and molding imperfections. However, the details are quite good (after you get all the flash and mold lines off all the parts). I finally got the body painted this morning. I am quite happy with how the MCW Lacquer paint went on -- first time using the stuff. I just need to sand out a few pieces of dust and do the clear coat and chrome trim then I can throw it all together. I also used AK Extreme Metal Chrome for the first time on the bumpers and rims, I layed it down in mist coats over about 3 or 4 coats of Tamiya Rattle Can Gloss Black (TS-14). The stuff is supposed to be quite durable/handleable -- time will tell. I am quite happy with the result so far. I used MRP Chrome on the exhaust/mufflers -- less impressed with the MPR chrome....

That looks great! Had a classmate in HS that had one in that color.

I like that metallic green. Looks very 1970!
