Nice looking little build of a bit often seen subject. Did the kit come with the obligatory white flag? :whiteflag:

That is really a nice looking piece of artillery Carlos!

Difficult to get an idea of the size, it looks bigger than it probably is, thanks to pretty good details

Stuart, nope, no white flag included. But I'll bet that many of these fell victim to Stuka's long before they had any chance to surrender. At least up until the Germans took Paris in June.

Kari, no, this is not a big field piece. I will pose it with a figure or two for reference once it is completed. Here are a couple photos from the 1940 Blitzkrieg to show how it compact that it was compared to the crewmen.

So painting begins...

Yesterday in the midday I airbrushed on a coat of Gunze Aqueous Khaki Green for the base color

In the evening I painted the tires with Model Color Black Gray

then today I started weathering the tires, and on some of the trail and suspension... a glaze coat of Model Color Stone Gray

Tomorrow I should get the rest finished...
