Hello back again.

after beeing a somewhat touchy primadonna of course I have to beg your pardons.

Here is Dan Coopers MIG-3 build completed. After 3/4 year lying in desolation I restarted the build (2nd after long pause).
Here is the result:

Hi Stefan,

very nice MiG you have there. These early russian birds have a robust look, I like that.

I've repaired your image codes, so now your pics are directly visible in your post. When you copy the image code from your Photobucket account (last row in the list of codes) just delete the red part of it like shown here:

(URL=http://s1378.photobucket.com/user/stepa ... 3.jpg.html)(img)http://i1378.photobucket.com/albums/ah1 ... .jpg(/img)(/URL)

The blue part is the direct link to your picture without showing adverts or similar stuff.

Hope I could help,
Torben

I love the MiG-3, I almost bought the Contact Resine AM kit for that Trumpeter kit last saturday..... but then I thought "I am a 1/72 scale modeller, lets stick to that."

The "Za Rodinu" slogan look a bit rough. Is that a decal? Most interpetations of this plane show straight edges: like over here: http://mig3.sovietwarplanes.com/mig3/zarodinu.html

No it's no decal. I painted it by hand. It's a bit rough but I thougt as a kind of painted in the field it should work anyway
