My son and I made another Planes kit. This time Dusty in his Planes 2 guise with floats. This is another great snap tight for beginning modellers. You can build this in 15 minutes and put the stickers on. That is great for the kids.

Awesome. Fit looks pretty nice too. I just saw this movie the other day. A great movie tooting a worthy horn.

Agree. both the movie and the time you spend with your son building this kit are great!

It definetly is, Dusty is quite a bit smaller then Ripslinger or El Chupacabra. Both Blade Ranger and Skipper are in the stash. The holiday season is coming, we give presents at Sinterklaas instead of Christmas overhere. So those two are going to be presents. I will take a "family portrait" when they are all fninished.

By the way, Dusty is not completely out of the box, we painted the spinner and the exhaust. Because of the kit design my son could paint them on the sprue, no real need to be careful, a good thing for a kid.

It's great that you are passing this hobby down to your son. Most kids these days don't even know what a model is anymore. Great build! Congrats to you and your son!
