I didn't have a half track, so I got this one.

Been doing something different....like, waiting for things to dry, studying the destructions, test fitting and still making mistakes......Anyway, I am going to assemble this and then paint, detail and try to weather some. I'm guessing these were pretty well maintained, but would have some mud, dirt, grime, etc.
Decals are going to be from the AFV kit of the M16. The ones that came with this kit look to be toast. . . about the same color.

The seller was kind enough to send the instructions from the AFV kit, too...

So I've been plugging away, taking my time which is hard for me to do. For Tamiya, there are some hard-for-me-to-follow instructions on some of the smaller parts. Just a vague, hard for me to see arrow/ The front wheels are a bit cross-eyed because of this.

I like that is is all olive drab. I don't like that it is all OD. Easy enough to do but hard for me to add the shading and accents that make it pop. So, any suggestions will be appreciated.
