New summer goals...

With the Cripes A' Mighty dual.build finished, I'm looking to start building car kits. The LA Dart, Sox & Martin GT , and Grumpy's Toy are the big three I need to find is before starting any new car kits.

At some point in the very near future, they will be put on pause. A family friend mentioned he liked to have a B-2 Stealth bomber built. I agreed. I pointed out you don't want a 1/72 scale B-2 because its going to be a very large bird and is hard to find and pricey. I suggested 1/144 scale version instead. He agreed. (The kit is on its way  )

I will not charge him for the kit or the work because I enjoy this hobby. He is 86 years old and his prostate cancer has come back. Knowing him he'll force money on me and I will refuse it. :giggles: I wouldn't be surprised if he insists and gets me a gift certificate at a local restaurant. :bored: I really dont want or expect anything in return building this kit for him. We'll see...

That sounds like a great thing to do Tom - well done. Looking forward to seeing the build.
